Being a supervisor means to be one step ahead. You need to know, learn new things, develop your skills and transform these new skills to your teachers. As a supervisor you also need to have office skills such as designing strategical plans, designing projects, writing reports, analyzing plans and much more that you’ll have to learn along with your journey in the job.

The most important components for the successful supervisor is the “MAC” triangle (Motivation, Ambition, Cooperation) .”motivation” you’ll need to motivate your teachers owing to the fact that they provide a lot of efforts to help students and work in school, a nice word or a thank you certificate from the supervisor is a power charger for them and it will make other teachers motivated to do the same.”Amphion” don’t stand still, find new ideas for the field, develop your skills, contact other supervisors and experts, sing in international conferences and exhibits and perform them in your region.”Cooperation” accept working with others and expand your horizons.
