Fighting blue days

Do you remember the last time that blue feeling took over you , not knowing what’s wrong , life is perfect , your health is good , money is fine and everything is ok,but the heavy cloud won’t leave.

You feel the need to talk to someone who won’t judge you , someone who won’t tell you if you are wrong or right .

These days are heaver than others , because you are already miserable , yet you tolerate others’ and try to make them feel good , which won’t happen,so you end up being depressed and feeling like letting them down.

I don’t have a guide to get you out of such area , yet I know why this feeling keeps appearing in your life. The answer is because you hadn’t found your true self yet. You have a job , good car , good life , even one or two of your dreams are fulfilled, but not the thing that you were destined to do, a missing piece of the puzzle .

Here are some ideas to get you out of the bad mood :

Write

Having a daily log can help you find a breathing space for your feelings without loading your troubles on others.

Just grab that pen or open your computer and start writing what ever you had in your mind , that will help you a lot and you’ll feel lighter after that .

It helps to grab a pen and note and rewrite your life goals and dreams , also write stuff you want to buy once you get the right amount of money,it put googles in your life vision.

Listen to something you love

music can have a good effect on mood and you can listen while doing something else like cleaning or organizing which will keep you busy and engage you in finishing your chores

Clean your space and put on a relaxing aroma

The visual clutter can disturb the mood . Even if you didn’t mind it , it keeps adding to your emotions and destroys it slowly .So start clearing all the clutter and clear all that clumping emotions . I know for sure that the messy space is a reflection of your soul. I once read great advice that you have to make your bed every morning after waking up , I hate making my bed , because I thought “I’ll be back noon any way and I’ll sleep right away so why would I waste my time” but once I started doing it , this little thing made my day better and gave me a good reflection on my self I loved it . Also, it doesn’t hurt to open the old boxes and read your old notes or look at your old picture , this can boost your day .

Curl in with a book and a cup of coffee

a cup of coffee or warm drink with a good self improving book can change the mood and give you that bush to reorganize your thoughts and set you for the day. Reading a good novel or biography can take you into another world especially biographies

Find a stuck task and finish it to get a good reward

Sometimes when we feel so blue it’s because we are disappointed in our selves , in a none clear way , so when you chick your tasks (work or house related) and finish the one that you’ve been delaying since ever . I know that may make you cry , but believe me it will be worth it and you’ll feel great and then you’ll deserve a reward.So, sit down and write these jobs you were ditching and do at least one.

Finally, I hope I helped you get through that tough time , God knows I had my share of it and those are my techniques to get over it.(might come back and read it my self).
